when looking at apartments...

im assuming u need a appointment right? and what if u go before you are ready to move in....just preparing...not like im going anywhere now

i love looking at apts, I always act really interested and then I say no thanks. I'm super mean , we need to know whats out there and price range. Most brokers will say you need an appt but usually they will do it the same day!

yeah either appointment or go to open houses. After you see a place say you would like to think about it, and if you are really interested call back.

You usually do need an appointment. You should try to look when you are somewhat ready to get one. Remember that as a real estate agent time is everything so if they are with you and you are not serious then they can loose out on a couple that is which means that they don't get paid. Loosing out on the sale of a house could mean thousands of dollars for that person.
