I just bought mine today from Sandys Shoes on Sunrise in Massapequa. Check them out !
There is also Estelles I forgot what town its in though.

Shoe Elegance on Sunrise in Lynbrook is awesome....they dye the shoes, and then will dye the black for free afterwards (really great for bridesmaids!)
