Calligraphy Class

I had previously written about Michael's offering a calligraphy class at their Westbury store. I had wanted to try and learn it so I could write out my daughter's wedding invitation envelopes. Well, as a few of you had suggested, a 2 hour class was not enough. My local school district is now offering a 8 session (2 hours per) calligraphy class. I'll be registering tomorrow night and hopefully I'll become pretty proficient. It might be an idea for anyone wanting to learn how. Wish me luck!!

I didn't know that Micheal's offered a calligraphy class! I have taken their cake decorating class and really liked it, but I wouldn't think that 2 hours would be enough time to learn either. Have fun at the other class and good luck making the invites

Thanks, girls. I braved the cold weather to register for the class tonight and when I got there only 3 other people had registered, so they might not have the class.
I'm hoping a bunch of people straggle in soon!
