Winter Brides...need suggestions for a 'winter wedding hall'

Ok, I am new and have 1,000 questions.........

I am planning a wedding for January 10, 04 (Sat. eve) for about 100-125 people. So many places are geared for 'summer weddings' that I am getting a little worried. I am looking for a place that will give me a cozy, elegant winter feel preferably with fireplaces. However, most places I have seen look really barren from the outside with out any greenery. Has anyone been to a site that had a wintery feel both inside and out. Keep in mind that I need a site that will not look too empty with about 100. Any suggestions would be great!!!!!

We are an Italian family who is all about the food and drink so I would take some suggestion sites on that as well ( I may have to sacrifice on the ambience a bit to ensure great food)
Thanks again!!

What about the Carriage House at the Milleridge Inn? I went there a few months ago (in November) and it was very pretty for the winter.
