Pets give us so much

My DH and I have rescued quite a few animals (cats and a dog).

About 6 - 7 years ago, we rescued 2 kittens from the same litter. The boy is Ryan and the girl is Erin. We had to bottle-feed them.

Well, now Ryan has been sleeping between my DH's and my pillow...and he rests his head on the corner of my pillow. I wish that I could take a picture of him...but obviously he does this when the lights are out. I can hear him purr as I fade off to sleep.

Perhaps it's his way of thanking us for being there when he and his sister were so tiny and just starting out in Life. At least that is what I like to think.
