WW - Core?
Not sure I can do the point system. Does the core system work as well?

I hear it works well but I didnt the points sytem and it worked better. On core you can eat all u want but they have to be healthy foods from a certain list. On points I would eat a small breakfast and lunch and have something good for dinner or dessert..OR Id save points for a special night. It was great

with core you eat to satisfaction. you can choose foods fromt he core list. If you want something that isnt on the list, you get 35 points a week for extra stuff. So i did core but had dessert or other things that I wanted. just use your 35 flex points! I lost 15 lbs on core!
