Suggestions for winter wedding colors?

I want a very elegant, romantic look - lots of roses and cnadles. Any suggestions for BM dresses and flowers?

Pale blue and silver with white accent - brings to mind ice. Very elegant and classy.....

but of course there's always the traditional red and green or burgundy, deep purple, navy blue, forest green....

think of the 'royal' colors, like above..

Deep reds, royal blue, emerald green, gold those are all good winter colors.

I also like the silver/ice blue look.

My favorite for winter is cranberry. Looks very rich and elegant no matter what fabric.

I had Apple colored BM dresses and the girls carried white roses mixed with some berries and eucalyptus. I had red roses bouquet.

red, burgundy, wine and forrest green.
I have been to weddings where the BM's wore all of these colors but my favorite was the forrest green.

The BM's wore forrest green velvet dresses that had matching cloaks with hoods. As they walked down the aisle their hoods were up and they held candles, not flowers. The look was incredible and the glow of the candle on their faces made the whole scene seem heavenly.

I think gold is beautiful for a winter wedding, but just as important if not more important than color is material and dress style. Velvet is very wintery, but I would stay away from chiffon. Satin also works, but make sure the style of the dress isn't to summery. Other colors that are great for winter are red, wine, platinum and navy!
