WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
Hi everyone. I have been on WW for a long time now. All together I have lost 20 lbs since I got engaged (in March) problem is, it is very hard for me to lose more because I have plateaued.Probelm is, my gym membership expired and I can't afford to re-join with the wedding coming up so I need to buy a few tapes to use at home. Can you girls recommend any good ones (beside Tae Bo)
THANKS

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
you're going to laugh, but I love the cindy crawford workout. It is fun and energizing, plus the more I look at her abs the more I want them!It was put out a while ago, so I'm not sure if you can still get it. I'd be happy to copy my tape (I have a dual VCR so it would be easy to copy while I'm doing the tape.)

I noticed my local librray has an extensive selection of tapes. Maybe you can try your library and test out a few tapes before buying.

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
Hi, I'm not sure what the tapes are like, but I've heard good things about Walk Away the Pounds. Someone posted yesterday that you get 1,2, & 3 mile tapes and weights at Target for $24.99. Good luck!

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
Do you like the WATP tapes? I have heard that they are geared towards beginners and I am worried they might not be good for me.

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
I have the Firm tapes and they are great ..when I do them. There are 3 tapes with the package and a step thing that they call the fanny lifter. You use it for differnt things for each tape. One tape is cardio, the other is abs and the third is body sculpt using light weights.

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
I ordered that tapes 2 days ago from Amazon.com, and they came with the work out balls.I was wondering, how long have you been doing them, and have you seen any significant weight loss? I need to take off about 30 lbs (what I want to take off) before my April '04 wedding.

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
I USED THE TAE-BO (BILLY BLANKS) TAPES. I LOST ABOUT 55 LBS. IN 2 MONTHS USING THOSE TAPES. I REALLY SHOULD START THEM AGAIN.

Re: WORKING OUT AT HOME...NEED A GOOD TAPE
WOW! I used those for a whole summer a few years ago, and I didn't see ANY results. Maybe I was doing something wrong? Are you using any other kind of diet supplement or WW?
