I darkened the pink to a more 'fuscia' shade and think it matches our color scheme much better!!

So I decided to give it a try. Not too bad.

I started from scratch sewing my banner from ivory satin and edged it in black satin to match our wedding colors.

I used MS Publisher to make a 'banner' containing the fleurishes and our names/date. I tried to use something that matched the monograms I made for us. I printed out a few different sizes of font to make sure it would fit into the size banner I had sewed.

I am not pleased with the color pink, I had anticipated it being more fuscia and not 'neon'. I also have to add the '&' sign between our names.
I may try to repaint the pink and see what it looks like. I may just start over LOL

I used satin but it was a little hard to work with. I probably should have used a smooth cotton or muslin
