2010 WW/Weight Loss Thread
I noticed the 09 boards had an "official" WW thread. We need a WW/Weight Loss Thread. I constantly need motivation. I'm 7 lbs away from my goal weight & I'm starting to lose my motivation.

Wow way to go!! My goal is to loose 20 pounds by our wedding. So far I have lost 4 pounds. I hope I can do it!

I started last April and I'm down 37 lbs. i'm about 9lbs from my next goal and I've been at a stand stil i need motivation to get my @SS to the gym more

i'm actually kinda pissed at myself b/c i lost about 30lbs slowly since Sept 2006...and then ever since i got back from my vacation in Vegas about a month ago (when i got engaged), i've gained like 5 lbs!!! i gotta stop letting my friends take me out to dinner and get w/ the program!!

There are times I cannot wait to get on the scale b/c I know I lost. And there are times when I DO NOT want to get weighed b/c I know I gained.
I think it helps alot to weigh in each week because it keeps me on track. Even if you did gain back sopme of the weight, you can always lose it again- don't give up!!

Aww thanks. I'm a WW dropout, it' so hard to stay on when you have a college meal plan. But I am going to start back this summer. I just want to make that lifestyle change, where I want to run everyday and my fav. snack will be fruit, but it's tough. I want to give B-pics to FH so that will be my inspiration!

College food is the absolute worst!! And beer. And late night diner runs. I gained about 50 lbs I graduated high school  . Luckily, between WW & the gym I've lost 37 of those lbs. 
The pic on the left is of me June 2007 and the one on the right is just last week. When I feel like I'm losing motivation I pull out the before and after and it really helps me feel better.

Light English Muffin, egg whites, 2% cheese and ham....if you play it right, you can make it for 3 points!!!!! I live on these. They're soooo good! I'm downing 2 of them for dinner as I write this, lol.

I've lost 60 pounds in the last year or so (this wasnt for the wedding) but I still want to lost another 20 probably. But I'm not sure if losing another 20 is really necessary. I'm 5' 4'' and weigh 130. What do you guys think is the ideal weight for me? BTW, im a nutrition major so if you guys have any questions about food/nutrition, I can probably help :)
