I find going to the meetings REALLY helps to motivate me. And I do much better knowing I will get weighed on Sunday.

Because I get the monthly pass I can use the e-tools- I LOVE them. They have so much info on it.

i did so bad this weekend and i'm UP 4lbs. I'm freaking out. I drank friday and sat ( beer) damn beer. and ate crap bc I was at the yankee game. I feel like I should go run 20 miles right now. Wow I'm so mad at myself.

Don't beat yourself up! Just think: you had fun and it was worth it at the time. I gained 1lb this week..like you i was drinking ( i went ALL out friday night ) but I had so much fun it was worth it.

You just gotta do extra good this week. You'll be fine!

I'm sooo excited, today i had my week 9 weigh in and i hit my 10% goal, i'm down 18 pounds, wooohooo, i'm sooo happy. so now i have to decide on a goal

Just got weighed in today- I'm down 3.8 lbs!!

Getting close to my goal weight...

But my leader got fired

well my diet went out the window this whole month .... since FMIL was here .... she loves pizza and Ice cream and she is soo thin .... I felt like every other sec we were eatig now i know where FH gets it from

Don't look at it that way...just stop thinking negatively and tell yourself you're gonna do GREAT this week. I'm constantly telling myself stuff like that- I'm like a freaking cheerleader in my head.

You can't let weight gain stop you, because then you'll just keep on gaining.

And we're always here to be your cheerleaders!
