Whats your favorite clothes store?

I just threw out half of my closet- I'm so happy to get rid of all the stuff that is wayy too big or just really old (I had stuff from HS still in there).

Now I need to re-fill my closet

What clothing stores do you suggest? I want mostly shirts, especially casual ones that I can wear out and to work (its a casual dress code) as well. And where do you find you get the best deals? Anyone know of any sales?

i always do best with work shirts at old navy, plus i can just order it online.

I LOVE Old Navy!! Esp. the yoga pants <3 I wish I could just order online but I their sizes can be so off sometimes.

The store forever 21 in roosevelt field has really nice shirts, and surprisingly, so does kohls...and kohls ALWAYS has stuff on sale.

NY&Company all the way! If you're on their mailing list you get TONS of coupons too.

For work, I go to NY&Co becuase you always get coupons and its such a great buy. For regular clothes, I like Banana Republic, Forever 21, Jcrew. My suggestion is go to the outlets!!! You can get a little of everything there!

I like NY & CO too... good clothes for work. The only thing i don't like about that store is when i see something i bought go on the 'sale rack' like, a month later lol..

I love NY&CO, Old Navy, and the Gap Outlet, those are my favorite stores, and they are always sending me coupons

Im a big fan of lord and taylor they have such nice stuff. I always go and check out the clearance racks usually 50-70% off then they always send coupons for an additional 20% and sometimes clearance is an additional 50% I'll find a bcbg shirt that was $200 and pay $30 for it. I dont think i've evey bought anything full price from there. I just got a pair of buffalo jeans for $25 unherd of. Also Lohmans in huntington is amazing its like the marshalls/tj maxx of bloomingdales/sax you can get amazing deals. Also old Navy, forever 21, joyce leslie, j crew, ny & co. All good stuff

ok I am a total dork...i LOVE to shop in target!! They have really cute casual stuff, and really cute comfy work stuff. It inexpensive and the quality is good. I also get stuff in Filenes basement every once in a while or marshalls...forever 21 is nice, but i usually get my 'going out' clothes there.

White House Black Market (they just opened one up in RF & Smithhaven I believe) but it's also in Woodbury Commons.

I'm also a fan of Loehman's too and Annie Sez.

Lohman's in on Jerichio tpke just west of rt 110. I'm not sure where your comming from but its easy to get it. theres one in new hyde park here's the store info i got on the site

Thanks!! I just mapquested both- New Hyde Park is a little easier toget to from me. I definatly want to check it out- I love Marshalls/TJ Maxx stores. Do they usually have alot of good deals?

Just warning you, the NHP store is a complete s*** hole. They do not maintain it and don't have as much as a selection as the Huntington store. If you go to NHP 1st, you're going to be turned off by the store in general. The 2 times I went, clothes were everywhere...all over the floor, not hung up where they were supposed to be, etc, etc.

As for deals, they definitely do. I buy a lot of Juicy and get it there. It's at least 30-40% off usually. I see Buffalo brand is heavily discounted...I guess majority of the brands are.
