for the record
I joined a gym last week. There I said it.
I went 3x this week during lunch. Its been SO LONG since I really worked out hard that everything hurts. Now, if anyone here has any exercise tips for me on how to slim my waist , please let me know. I have love handles and I am too lazy & tired to google how to get rid of them
Update - I don't need 6 pack abs. But if you can morph me down to Kim Kardashian size, I'll make out with you.

 at the Kim Kardashian comment.
Do crunches, and start running on the treadmill they get your stomach down quickly. Also try doing leg lifts as that works out your lower stomach (I call it my pouch).

LOTS AND LOTS of cardio.
I know cardio blow s, but it really is key when getting rid of belly fat

CARDIO!!!! honestly you can do crunches until your blue in the face and you'll have a 6 pack under rolls (like me) 
use the exercise ball too! Where do u live? I'm an aerobics instructor. I'd come work out with you to show you what to do if u want

Yea....sorry I was willing to go out to suffolk ,but no crossing state lines.
Cardio is a must!
Leg lifts and belly dancing things are great! Any questions, FM me!
