finishing our home >>STRESSFUL

Bachelorette party
bridal shower

I still have a lot to do to!!!! I can't believe how quickly time is flying by!!!!! I am already in my 80s!!!!!!!!!!!!

Invites are in progress, going for the sample on Wed...
1) Favors need to be decided and purchased
2) OOT bags, working on them, got the bags and the non-perishable stuff...working on the design for the bag
3) Deciding on music, our must play list and choosing ceremony music
4) Waiting for the call to finalize the menue
5) dress fittings- me (mine should have been in last week, hoping it comes in this week!!!) and the BMs (should be in this week also)
6) Finalize the hair/make appt. details going for makeup trial on Sat, wish me luck!
7) Guys need to get Tuxes
8) FH has decided on gifts for GM, just need to order
9) Parent gifts
10) Working on BM gifts
11) Create design for programs and seating cards
Marriage License (going at end of July)
12) make appt. to see sample of CPs (in June)
13) another appt. w/ out officiant (after we get marriage license)
14) Choose readings and readers
15) Book rehersal dinner

And as was quoted before me....
Pay out lots of $$$$$!

We mailed invites juuuust before post office closed Saturday, and they went out for sorting and a whole bunch of people got them today! We got a bunch of calls from people who loved them, even one of my dad's softball buddies

I know at least one person mailed the RSVP today so maybe tomorrow i'll start receiving a few?

favors are done an wrapped

still need \
bm gifts
to pick our menu
dress fittings
menues for table
table numbers
go over music with dj
see officiant
get license
pay out alot of $$$$$$

my shower is coming soon
still need outfit for that
then thank yous

honeymoon clothes

and im sure thers lots more

1) Invites -- out! started to be received today -- maybe our first RSVPs tomorrow!
2) Favors - put together 170, designed/printed labels and put them on, wrapped ~ 100 of them. still need to order ribbon and make the placecard labels for them, but that will wait until RSVPs are in
3) OOT baskets - baskets and I<3NY mugs are purchased, will probably wait on the filler items
4) Music - started choosing songs, about half done
5) Ketubah - design chosen, wording chosen, need to tweak some details and order this week
6) Food tasting done! menu selection meeting maybe next month
7) Dress fittings - had my first, second is scheduled. 2 BMs had first fitting, a third has hers sheduled.
8) NEED TO DECIDE/FINALIZE HAIR AND MAKEUP FOR BMS
9) BM gifts - purchased about half. no clue for GM gifts
10) some groomsmen still need to be measured
11) parent gifts
12) program is designed, needs to be tweaked and printed
13) need to make menus after menu is finalized
14) NEED TO MEET WITH FLORIST AND FINALIZE IDEAS
15) NEED TO STOP BITING MY NAILS
16) had shower, thank yous out within 1 week
17) bach party date/plans set but still being finalized
18) wedding bands purchased, waiting for FH's to get in

Thanks for the responses ladies at least I'm not the only one that hasnt gone yet. The only thing is that I want to get my menus done so hopefully it will happen soon...

I don't know where to start.

1) Favors need to be decided and purchased

4) Dress fittings for the BM and myself
5) Have to find a person to do makeup and hair.
6) Guys need to get Tuxes

12) but ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket.
13) Book rehersal dinner

16) pick up headpieces and find a veil
17) book limos

There is so much more that I cant even remember.

Working on my guest list...invites are in, but theyre pockets and we still have to assemble them!

Still need to finish BP gifts...
Need to schedule hair & makeup trial

Umm, other than that, have to drop off menu, program and place card templates/info to printer.

I think that's pretty much it.
