I play the tennis and bowling and that makes me sweat so I can imagine the fitness

One of my friends just bought it and we were playing it the other day. It's a lot of fun... but I would probably get bored with it after a month or so bc that happens with all my Wii games. I'll probably buy it anyway.

I have it! Its freakin amazing!!! You definitely get a workout! The aerobics are really good. There is running, hula hoop, step, and boxing. You really do work up a sweat. You dont think you would actually feel yourself working out hula hooping, but you definitely feel it in the waist. The strength training exercises are really good too because the board helps you do them right. For example with lunges, it tells you if your knee is coming out past your toes. Then they also have yoga and balance games. The balance games are basically for fun.

Let me know if there is any other info you want. I seriously play for 2-3 hours a night since FH bought it for me. I've already lost 3 pounds (since last friday ) while also cutting back on carbs.

The wiifit is A LOT of fun!!! I played it this whole weekend.. Will probably get bored with it in another month or so like someone else said but I think they may actually release more games for it later on.. Not too sure. The balance board is really neat how it measures your body and knows your movement. You will have to unlock games as you go along but that's all part of the fun! I recommend it!
