Wii Fit Ladies!

Any updates?

I unlocked almost everything now and I found some new stuff!

Did you get the balance test yet during your body test that you have to use your body to get the ball to bounce and hit the squares? IT IS SO MUCH FUN! I flew off the board a few times doing that.

and WOW! now that I unlocked ten minute hula hoop and ten minute boxing, I really feel like I am getting a great ab work out. I also love that strength training where you have to lay down and then get all the way back up!

I do the 'free step' every day while watching General Hospital! What a great way to sneak in exercise! I want to buy leg and hand weights to really make it count!

How about that candle game? I FINALLY beat it! But not with my legs crossed, its hard!!!

Also, in that screen where you have the choices on the right and then the clock on the left - when you click on the balance board working out in the bachground do you alway get the same 'Ultimate Balance Test?' I think thats kind of lame they should switch it up!!!!

i have no idea about any of the games youre takling about because i dont have it and have never played it.

but it sounds like a lot of fun!

I highly recommend it! I crack up laughing from it every single day but I also get a great workout!

At first I was disappointed because I thought that I couldn't even break a sweat with most of the activities. But, the more you play you unlock more repetitions or longer duration of play so you really do get a work out!

i want this...in the airport they had it, it was a special demonstration or something and the Wii people were there and had a few set up to test it out, definitely looks helpful

what i HATE about it though (we tried it for a few minutes at my parents' house before we packed it up to take home)...is that it makes your Mii TOTALLY FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That hurt - seeing how fat it made my wii really killed me...(i know i'm that fat - but jeez)..

sounds so fun! Dh bought it, when it did his body fat stats it told him he was obese! He was so upset lol SO im kinda scared to do it now, lol. Do you have to get weighed? ugh...

i already work out 4-5 days a week, do u think it would still be good for me???

not yet i have only had it for two weeks so hopefully soon!

i dont know, i don't work out but I am in decent shape and it gives me a good work out - i would love to hear from people who really work out - to see what they think about it.

Yes, you have to get weighed BUT you can lock it with a password so no one else can see your weight if you want!

This may be a dumb question but the WII fit.....are all of the 'games' included or its just a few and then you have to buy more of the exercise things?

my wii wireless doesnt work

i dont know why. DH's xbox is online and i have no laptop problems but i cant get the Wii online!

the guy at game stop said MAYBE it was bc my router was too far away? i keep the router downstairs hooked up to the desktop so my nieces and nephews can go online and the wii is upstairs in teh apt

i hate it, all of my coworkers race each other on mariokart every night!!!!!!

not dumb at all!!!!

The games are all part of the thing itself....you get a 'base' of games & you have to unlock the rest - by doing the other things!

Wii fit is a CD with a balance board. All of the games ( yoga, balance, aerobics and strength training ) are on the CD
