Woodbury Country Club??
Hi, we just put a deposit down for Woodbury Country Club for a sat night in July 09. Does anyone have reviews that got married there or went to a wedding there?? We reserved the downstairs room with the CH and ceremony outside. Its gorgeous and will be awesome if the weather is nice. Just nervous if the weather isnt if its still nice and what you do about pics.

Yes, that is the room I had, and I had the ceremony outside. The back up plan is not great, luckily I had perfect weather! I think you can still have the cocktail hour in the outside tent. The indoor ceremony is nothing special though. I'm still working on my review!

I'm getting married there in August! My BM told us we could have the ceremony in the second tent if it rains...I guess it depends on how many guests you have...

Rain or shine you will have your cocktail hour in the outside tent. They have a second tent they put up if it is raining or cold depending upon the size of the wedding. I wasn't a fan of it - I thought it blocked the view from our room inside to the beautiful fountain. I would discuss with them rolling up the other tent once you are inside for the evening. We weren't informed of the 2nd tent and were not happy - when people saw my pics they wondered where we took them when it was right outside of the room.

You will love Woodbury. I was in the Mills hall though b/c of the rain or shine rule. See my review. The gardens are breathtaking. Loved it!
