Affordable invitations???

Hi!
I need some help finding affordable invitations. I am not looking for anything fancy (although I don't want them to look cheap either). Just something simple. I just want invitations and response cards w/envelope, I dont need pocketfolds or any other fancy inserts. Does anyone have any recommendations???

I am doing lots of DYI stuff so I was hoping not to have to do invitations as well.

TIA!!!!

Re: Affordable invitations???

I also recommend Costco. just google costco invitations..

they really have some beautiful ones... I am ordering mine from there, and doing a little DIY to them. I am mounting them to cardstock.

I am ordering 150 invites, response and reception cards, and it comes w/ both envelopes.. for under $350.

Re: Affordable invitations???

I know you dont want to do any more DIY...but I have to be honest to say it was the biggest money saver. I got quoted for my exact same invites 1200 bucks. I went to ac moore and found victorian type invites that I liked nice and simple....and total with the 20 percent off coupon I paid 40 bucks for 100 invites and then I printed them out myself. It is time consuming but we saved over a thousand bucks and used it on our Honeymoon!

Re: Affordable invitations???

Try Carlson craft-you can go on their site and go thru the whole process and it will tell you your total.

Also, if you are DIY you can go to staples, party city and even Target and they have blank printable invitations there.

Re: Affordable invitations???

we used www.weddingpaperdivas.com. they have great designs and great prices.

also...i know this may sound crazy but i was at target the other day and noticed they have a whole new line of wedding invites and stationary from brides magazine. i think you still print them yourself but they probably give you a template to work with.

hth!

Re: Affordable invitations???

Hey...I just ordered my invitations from Nova Printing at this website and they came out beautifully:

Nova Printing

I wanted simple, too...the invitations I got were plain and elegant, they were reasonably priced and they were delivered to me VERY quickly. I also liked this place because it gave you a full preview of the invitation before you ordered it.

This is the sample of the one I ordered:

My invitation

Actually, I saw a few invitations on here that I found on other sites, but for a lower price...AND you got to preview it first!!

Hope it helps!!!

I second Tessa, I got a great price on custom gatefold invites. She will design one with you and send you a sample before you have to pay. She is great! My favorite vendor so far.
