where are you putting your gift envelopes???

Is anyone not using a cardbox or money bag? I am using a bird cage that my mother made and both of my sisters used.

I think its really pretty and want to use it since my mother put it together but I am nervous that it is so open and someone may take something. I am probably being crazy but the thought of some random waiter makes nervous....

I'm putting ours in a cardbox on a table very close to our sweetheart table. I would put it in a very visible place that no one would dare attempt to steal anything. How sad that we have to think of things like that this!

i have a birdcage that i decorated with butterflies, fh is putting a small zip tie on it so it can't be opened and i put a butterfly over it.

I AM DOING A cardbox.. we are actually making one ( 16 days before the big day LOL).... We are making a picture box!

I bought a cardbox for this reason...I'm paranoid too especially since I have heard stories about missing envelopes . But you have a birdcage you really like that has sentimental value. I would use it and keep it close by your table and put a ziploc on it like Browneyesand cute did

We used a birdcage that our RH provided. The bars were way too narrow for anyone to try to grab something out of it... not to mention it was located directly behind our sweetheart table where our bridal attendant and/or maitre'd hovered most of the night. I wouldn't worry about it!

getting a bird cage is our choice for the card holder. its probably going to be directly behind us
