DIY Help!
I am trying to write on a parasol Thank You. I printed the letter but when I went to cut them out it became a disaster and I am afraid when I go to paint since its on regular computer paper the edges will seep.
Can anyone provide help on how to stencil on a paper parasol and still look professional? I really dont want to go and buy actual stencils since this may cost as much as buying a parasol already made.
Thanks

I havent done the parasol just yet. You should use 80lbs or 110lb cardstock to print the letters on. With an xacto knife. I'd trace the letters on in pencil first too. Get a multi-brush size pack and paint from the inside out to the edge. hope that helps. you can use masking tape to hold the stencil down too.
