DIY menus! (now with steps)

I got my cream linen 8.5x11 stock at staples

i got the chocolate 12x12 stock at the paper mill store

i bought the ribbon, corner punch and rhinestones from michaels.

i set the page size of MS Publisher (you can use Word) to 4.25x11 and printed 2 up on a page. I cut them in half and trimmed them down to 4 inches b/c it was cleaner. (the first paper cutter was horrible)

I cut the brown stock to 4.5x11.5 so there was 1/4 inc. all on sides and corner punched it.

i hot glued the rhinestone on to the ribbon & paper at the same time so save time and steps. wrapped the excess around the block and rubber cemented them together. you can use double sided tape too but the rubber cement gives you a little more room to adjust the paper b/4 it sets

the script (course titles and the word menu) are Chopin Script

The block text is Copperplate Gothic Light. The dishes are in a size bigger and bolded to be different.

Thanks so much. I used the same 2 fonts though out all the stationery.
