Vendor Rant: Sposabella Lace (veils)

I would NOT recommend Sposabella Lace - a friend of mine used to work there and the owner is a TOTAL JERK! I heard he is discriminative and judges people by their looks and ethnicity - his policy is to squeeze the most money and learn to identify brides 'with money'!!

They may have nice veils but there are other places who have better business ethics & practices than this guy!

I totally agree with you that Frank is a D*&^bag and acts like he's doing you a favor, but I do think their laces are good. They have a lot of nice choices for french. i def deal with the ladies. they hate him too LOL! When he starts talking just walk away


ETS: It's been so many years so I don't remember exactly where but in case you're still looking there are also good lace places in the hasidic area of brooklyn. i remember them being a lot nicer and having a good selection of french laces but the prices were about the same. it could be kent ave, but I'm totally not sure about that.

If anyone else knows other lace/bridal trimmings places for future reference please post. i hate to give this guy business if he treats ppl like this.
