I have been using Chase for over 10 years and I love them, never an issue.
The only thing is keeping a min balanace in there.

Try a credit union. I'm at Teachers Federal and Suffolk, and they hold my car loan.

I have my own accounts with Bank of America. I love them. I was with them when there were Fleet. FH and I have a joint account with Commerce and I can't stand it. I feel Bank of America is so much more user friendly (especially online). I have never had an issue with Bank of America.
