i didnt tip. They were the owners & the money was going in their pockets. I FMed around & asked the girls that used my photog as well & they all said the same thing, no tip

I have no idea what bpics cost at all.....so maybe just do the standard 20% rule. If you're not aware ahead of time about an assistant then just give the whole tip to the main photog and let her distribute at her discretion.
