Westchester girls - I need your help!

My sister is moving to Westchester. She's going to work in Fishkill, her boyfriend works in Manhattan. What are some nice towns in the middle? He doesn't want more than an hour commute by train, she's ok up to 45 mins driving. Thanks!!

we just moved to pelham (not pelham in the bronx) and we LOVE it! i think fishkill is a little bit over 45 min from here but this is a fantastic town and the train ride to grand central is only 30 min. pelham is very towny but yet there is everything you need around. i also work in white plains and it's really nice there--just a little bit more metropolitan!
