I get the Healthy Choice turkey (or butterball - but make sure its about 10 cals a slice)I take 6 slices...2 pieces high fiber bread...lots of lettuce...a pickle(put on right before you eat otherwise sandwich gets soggy)...2 points
you could aslo add a little italian lite dressing...or ranch lite

Re: Good 'low point' lunches???
Bagel Bites (those pizza bagel things) are 1 point each. If I'm sick of salad, I have 2 of those WITH my salad and feel like I'm getting a treat.Sometimes I have 4 of them and that's my lunch.

Re: Good 'low point' lunches???
Smart Ones and Lean Cuisines are really easy and pretty good too. I also buy Campbell's soup with the pop off top to bring to work They are only 1-2 points for the whole can. I usually bring a piece of fruit or yogurt to eat with it. Subway also has some good low point sanwiches. I get the 6 inch Turkey & Ham. It is only 5 points if you get it without cheese or mayo.
