Photographer advice!!!!!! - DANA1206

Make sure your photographer releases all rights to the photos!!!! If they own the copyright of their work you will have to pay for every single picture of your wedding for the rest of your life.

MAKE SURE YOU OWN THE RIGHTS!!!

some photographers keep the rights to your pics, MOST do give you the rights. But when a photographer keeps the rights to your pics, you cant print them on your own, such as when you get a disk, you wont be able to print it, probably will have a watermark over them.

some photographs still won't give you the high res disc. Just ask if you will get the high res dics free from any watermarks so that you can make your own copies.

Thanks. This is all that I am mainly looking for right now, then I plan to go back and maybe order some albums.

THANK GOD we didn't have any of these problems with our photographers - we had 2 photographers (with 2 assistants) and they both did a great job! We got all the DVDs in full sizes - about 10MB each

so posting here on LIW is a major P-I-T-A!
