teacher+no voice=bad

All weekend I literally have NO VOICE! My necks swollen and I speak in a whisper...

I told the kids (from banging on the floor with my shoe) that if i break my heel they're buying me a new pair

It's kind of funny though because I'll say soething to them and automatically they whisper back!!!!

try not to whisper all day. it is not good for your vocal cords. when ur home don't speak to FH when you are in different rooms. Also, avoid anything with mint (candies, gums) - they are drying to the throat. Drink a lot of water and rest ur voice when u r home.

Ohhhh I hate when that happens.... I get so tired from trying to talk all day and trying to teach that by the afternoon, its like when I try to get words out- all I do is cough and it makes it worse

Drink lots of water and fluids and def. take it easy!!!

Feel better and rest your voice!! I had it at the 09 shower and it lasted 5 days..
