For your invitations, what date are you requesting your response cards by?

It usually depends on your reception hall and how much time they need to know your final count. On most wedding invitations that I've received this year, I've noticed that the norm is up to 2 weeks before the wedding to rsvp.

It usually depends on your reception hall and how much time they need to know your final count. On most wedding invitations that I've received this year, I've noticed that the norm is up to 2 weeks before the wedding to rsvp.

I was thinking of making it a little earlier than normal since its the holiday weekend. Are you doing that? Also, when do you plan on sending yours? FH and I are DIY our invites and I wanted to start doing them bc its gonna take me forever!

I plan on sending my invites 2 1/2 months before the wedding, so figure, end of April sometime. Actually, I havent even sent out my STDs yet!!! I have to do this ASAP! I also agree that bc our date is a big holiday weekend it's a good idea to make the rsvp date about 3 weeks before instead of two. I know it seems like such a short time to rsvp before the wedding but I'm sure it'll be fine. I HOPE! lol

i'm the weekend after you an i'm sending out ours the end of april or beging of may with a rsvp of the begining of june since i need a final count before we leave for LI around 6/25
