o9'er with a ?

for girls who did not give jewelry as a gift, how did it look with girls wearing different types of jewelry? i think i may just tell them to wear something simple and silver. how do u think that will look?

I did this, b/c it really wasn't a big deal to me, I told them the necklace must be silver and small like a pendant or something. I did get them all earrings although you really couldn't see them b/c all the girls wore their hair down set in curls.

I let my girls wear what they want since they both have very different styles and there was only two of them. I think they looked great even though it was different!

I wasnt planning on giving jewelry as gifts. I originally told them all to wear whatever they wanted, as long as it was either white gold or silver, to match the brooches on their dresses.

TOTALLY last minute, I had gone into Things Remembered and saw they had these necklace and earring sets for only $20 and they were absolutely gorgeous. I grabbed 4 of them and told the girls I changed my mind and I was giving them jewelry. It worked out, but I think even if they wore their own stuff, it still would've looked nice. We had 4 little girls in our BP, and I didn't get them jewelry. They all wore whatever and looked super cute.

My girls did not match. I got my MOH a special necklace and then my bridesmaid another necklace. They were similar but they did not match. But everything was semetrical!!!

I did this too, because everyone has a different style, and I wanted my sisters and my friend to be comfortable. I don't even remember what they wore!

I just looked at the girls' photo in my album and from a distance, it doesn't look like they're wearing any necklaces!

I had them all do their own thing. I was in silver. Two were wearing gold, one silver and one pearls all to fit their personality, dress, shoes and hair styles too. think of a bunch of people dressed up in the pretty clothes, hair done and makeup - no matter what they look beautiful as one and as a group. with matching or without :)
you can hardly see the jewelry in most pics :)

They each wore whatever they wanted. I guess it looked okay b/c I honestly didn't even notice what each of them were wearing.
