I actually curse at her while I do the 30 day shred. I don't know what it is about her I just don't like her so I sit there and curse her out as I work out FH caught me doing it once and he won't let me forget it!

OMG if this workout makes me look like that i'll deal with the pain!! i make a noise everytime i get up! and because of construction in my building, i am SOOO Far away from where i have to check in on work being done, AND the main office is upstairs!!! normally i'm happy to go up and get a mini stair workout. today its like HELL!!!!

Same here. The other day I made myself laugh cause at one point i literally stopped and yelled 'why dont you freaking do it instead of just telling me what to do lazy a-hole'.. yey I need a reality check.

I was SOOOOO sore after the first day i did the 30 day shred...then i took a few days off and just did cardio. i did it the 2nd time yesterday morning and i don't feel sore at all today.
