I received my dress tag from www.justembroideredtotes.com and I love it!

You have it sewn in to the dress. For me, it's my something blue. Some people have it embroidered with their full (maiden) name; some, with their married name; some, with both. I chose to use just our first names. I'll also save it for posterity (aka I'll put it in a box somewhere and hopefully show my kids if I don't forget about it

I used Just Embroidered Totes for bags for my BM's when i asked them (8 of them). The totes were beautiful and perfect, and she threw in the tag for my large order. So if you need totes, she will probably do the same for you!
