Re: Chicken Parm Receipe help!!!

there isn't really a recipe for it, is there? I always just fry chicken cutlets (breaded with egg & breadcrumbs) and top with sauce, grated cheese & mozzarella.. then bake until mozzarella melted and heated through.

that's all i do to it and it comes out fantastic. Just remember to fry the cutlets mainly for browning purposes, then when you bake it you don't want them to over cook and become rubbery.

Re: Chicken Parm Receipe help!!!

I just egg and bread the cutlets then I bake them in the oven so they are a little healthier. Then I put sauce on them, and stick a piece of mozzarella on them and then bake them again for a few mins until the cheese melts.
