Photo/Video - I posted this on 04 brides too

Ok I want to spend 4000 MAX for the two of these but I want quality and art, with traditional romance, but not CHEESEY poses - you know what I mean? I DO want to keep it somewhat traditional and I want my pictures to be romantic - so I tear each time I see them! I'm not a huge fan of modern styles - ie black and whites with all the bouquets colored. I also want ALL NEGATIVES

I also want a video guy who gives you the unedited version of the video and will do interviews (I'm a HUGE fan of A wedding Story) - that and I want to hear my soon to be FI tell everyone how much he loves me, how we met, when he knew it was me so I can have it for my kids and grandkids.

Any ideas?? or does this price range seem unrealistic??

definatly check out wild rose for video and patken for photo (patken also does photo and video). Wild rose has packages and Patken will customize to fit your needs and budget

We're using Spelman Studios for Photography

They are both great to work with and will do anything you want.

I'm using JoVon for photography, they are amazing and will do whatever you want.

I'm using Wild Rose for video. It sounds like you want a documentary style video - Wild Rose does that. But, to get that style at any company you will pay close to (if not more than) $2000 just for the video. That would leave you with $2000 for photography and I don't think you could get a good quality photographer for that price.

I visited Proline when I was looking and they had a lot of nice albums and videos - I think they were approx 5k for photo and video. But, they have different packages.

We used Cassarinos for photos. They have several packages to choose from and I wasn't happy with my video guy, so I won't recommend him.

Not sure about photography - I haven't selected my photographer yet, but for Video - Bliss Productions NY (www.blissproductionsny.com). You can actually get your unedited video, watch it and mark the codes of what you want and don't want to be included in the edited version if you want. Their work is really fab and definitely in your price range. Good luck!
