I went a little crazy with my points yesterday and the day before, and now today is impossible!!!!!!

Since I was home on Monday , it is my day off, and it was snowing, I used it as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted, becuase I do have a cheat day 1 time a week, so I ate, a chcocolate chip muffin, mac and cheese, turkey kielbasa, peanut butter and jelly on light bread with low fat peanut butter, then manacotti, YIKES!! This was spaced out throughout the day. I never eat like that, then yesterday I had Friendlys for dinner with one of my friends and had a burger supermelt, and who can resisit the free Happy ending sundae......... Today is so impossible to stick to the diet, I have been good all day but I am soooo hungry, I keep telling myself it is going to pass. HELP!! I need some words of encouragement.

oh well, you had a bad day. dont let it turn into a bad week :) its a new day. kick those points butt!!!!!! you can do it!

Saturdays are my weigh in so Saturdays are my cheat day. Sunday I ate whatever wasnt nailed down. Monday FI was home and he is really strict with the points so I was good, but yesterday was grease and junk food day. I had mozzerella sticks, tator tots, a huge ham sandwhich with cheese, ice cream and cookies.

Today I have been good, I had a bowl of cereal.

Just stick to your points and you'll be fine. So you went over a few days, just get back on track and hit your min. number of points.

It will pass Eat lots of veggies, they really fill you up and are no points. I was bad all weekend (Actually Monday too), and knew I needed to conserve points yesterday so I ate a whole package of frozen broccoli. Of course I cooked it first It really filled me up and kept me satisfied until bedtime. Also try sugar free jello, 0 points.
You can do it! I was SO proud of myself when I looked back at yesterday and saw how well I did. And the scale already showed a decrease this morning!!
