57 pounds down 20 more to go- my biggest fear being a marshmellow in my gown!!

I have 20 more pounds to go and I am so scared I am going to look like a marshmellow at the wedding in my gown. I have 11 months to go. I need motivation, the scale is not moving. This is so fustrating!

Wow! Congrats!! I'm sure you won't look like a marshmallow, don't worry!
BTW, how did you lose 57lbs? WW, atkins? Lots of working out? I'd love to hear how you did it.

I started WW right before I got engaged and also I walk in the good weather, allow myself 1 cheat day a week , and I also watch what I eat when I am not watching my points like crazy.

Great job! 57 pounds is terrific, you must be very disciplined.

You will make it -- 20 lbs in 11 months is nothing. Just keep eating right and exercising and the weight will come off, slowly but surely for those last stubborn pounds.

Just wanted to share some words of encouragement - I think what you've lost so far is fantastic and quite an accomplishment already. It sounds like you are doing things wisely by watching what you eat and getting more active. If you can fit in some weight training that will help tone you up as you continue to lose weight. Congratulations on what you've lost so far and keep up the great work!

Thanks Jodi, u should also be proud of your weight loss accomplishment, the last time I saw you, you looked great. Can u believe I am losing from the weirdest places right now? MY bracelets are getting big, now that is a weird place to lose weight. LOL (OY!)(Guess who is IMing me as I am writing this... Ladydiby...... )

when I hit a plateau...my WW guru told me to look at my journals and see if I was getting a balanced meal...turns out...i was within my points...but all carbs

congradulations with losing the weight..
i also need to get moving on losing again, i keep slacking off...

if your ring is getting loose, you can have your jeweler put 2 balls into your ring so that it doesnt fall of.. it'll be on the inside where people cant see

you guys are incredible!! the last thing you should do is worry about looking like a marshmallow. keep it up, you will be just fine, you have almost a year.

It took me a little bit over a year to lose the weight I have lost so far, it took about 8 months for people to really notice I was losing. Now, I am losing in the weirdest places- EX- my wrist!! My bracelets are getting big out of nowhere!!!LOL
