Mini wine bottle favor opinions

Is it cheap to give one to each couple if I also do chocolate? Or should I do one for each person and no chocolate? Or both?

It's always hard to do one per couple. We had this problem...a lot of our guests are coming without guests.

would you consider doing a full bottle...one per couple? and cut the chocolates

teri did this...and I would love to get this favor...

I would consider that, but fh's family wants to buy the favors, and they are set on the mini's. So I am kind of stuck with them. I like them, but am not sure how many to get.

I am also doing minis and one per person. They are so small, that I would feel bad doing one per couple.
