want to have sexy dress made for after party, anyone know who can do it?

I'm willing to pay up to $300 and would like to have a dress made of satin for the evening after my reception (reception ends at 5:30). I'd like to have an ivory or platinum white dress made that has spaghetti straps, a low cowl neckline, and is a sheath-ankle length. Anyone know someone reliable and talented who can do this?

Thanks! Oh, and my wedding is in 2 months!
