The dress color is blue. I don't think she has a theme. Her wedding is in the beginning of Sept.

Where/when is her shower being held? What is the theme/decor of that party?

There is a thread either on the NW or Bride side asking everyone what their shower favor was. There were a few really good ideas. One was a custom umbrella for the next 'shower'. Isnt that cute? And a few other ideas.

You could do a personalized candle. The smaller ones of course

If she likes fishing you could do this one in a beach theme

I went to a shower yesterday and the theme was 'A Shower' the favors were all stuff for the shower and bath, like bubble bath/body lotion/shower gels/loofa sponges/etc. They were all wrapped the same in colorful tissue and toole w/the ribbon w/her name/date on it. I thought that was cute. jmo

I don't know when her shower is yet. We are in the early stages of planning right now.Also,my friend could be a lurker on here so even if the party was planned,I couldn't tell you when or where.

I like shannon's idea with the soaps, loofahs, etc. Little boxes of Godiva chocolates were the favor at my shower. Candy is always a big hit:D

I would say get the favors last. As you are planning the location, invites, flower, games, etc... a favor idea might just come to you :D

I agree with Stef as you plan the shower you may find a favor that fits your decor, invitation or theme.

For my SIL we did potted plants. I really liked that. We used them as centerpieces and scattered them all around the room as decor.

My mom used crystal wine stoppers as my shower favor. It wound up working nicely with my full sized bottles of wine I had as my wedding favor and my mom didn't even know that when she picked them.
