which chairs would you choose? w/poll & pics
My hall has a choice between these two chairs - I guess it's a regular dining table chair or a chiavari chair. The dining chair looks more comfortable for guests but the chiavari chair I think has a more wedding-y appeal. Which should we go with?

i would use the bottom one... its not such a contrast...i like both chairs tho

i like the reg chairs.btw my FH calls the other ones 'stick chairs' lol.

Regular chairs. I couldn't tell you what the chairs at the last 5 weddings I went to were (except my own
) but I can tell you if they were comfy or not!

I like them both but love the regular dining chairs as they look great with all the wood in that room..They look comfy too... My place has the other ones and they look nice.

COMFORT!!! you want your guests to remember your wedding, not how their butt felt after
but I do think the others have that more 'elegant/weddingy' look to them.
but I do really like the first ones.

you can fit more people around a table with chivari chairs - the bigger chairs are going to take up a bit more room.

While I love the look of chiavari chairs.. I think your guests would be more comfortable in the regular ones.

My RH uses chiavari but I kinda like how the dinning table chairs look (looks classy)

I do love the dining chairs but I think the chiavari chairs are a nicer contrast with the ivory/white linens. JMO! HTH!
