When to check in with Vendors.....

All of my vendors have been done since alst fall. The wedding is next March, 2004. When do I check in with my vendors and what do I say to them when I do? Sorry for asking such a silly question, I just do not know what to say to them and when to do it.

you could check in december time...maybe drop a holiday car or email...

but usually about 30 days before is a good time
