i hate my engagement party photographer!!

i hate my engagement party photographer!!

it's so upsetting that him and the videographer didn't listen to a word i said. i explained what i wanted 5 times and they didn't do as i had asked. my friends would have taken (and did!!) better pics in the sense that more would have been covered of the party. i didn't even think to have disposables at the party since we had a 'professional' camera guy. all they did was take a million pictures of my fiance and i at this gazebo that was on the property with a million different couples. i told them the only formal shots i wanted were of the 2 of us and our immediate families. then they followed me around the first 2 hours of the party - i didn't just want shots of me!! the videographer shadowed the camera man the entire night. they were attached by the hip! i'm so mad right now.

at least i'm not using them for the wedding. but my engagement party was big and fun and outside on the water. i'm obsessed with pictures- i have 2 albums for just one semester in college and i don't feel his pictures accurately reflects the party at all.

i'm so sorry that happened to you. did you talk to them afterwards and tell them you were upset?? hopefully they can give you something for the aggravation!!!!

oh girl .. im sorry

i know the feeling though .. i wasnt exactly thrilled with our engagemnet pictures. they were so standard and boring (and the shots with EVERY single family there!)

don't worryy .. just be extra prepared for the wedding and by going through this you have more instruction to give to your wedding photographer.

by the time you get your wedding pictures, you'll have forgotten about the engagement pictures
