I want one that is great at printing pics.

I got the Lexmark scanner/printer etc

Ask Shamma how the pic came out that Roger took at church that I printed & framed.

I love ALL my HP's!! to me they are the best on toners, and I print ALOT of stuff out!! My parents had a Cannon and it seemed like every other week they were changing the toner, and she didnt print 1/3 of what I did!!

Cannon are known for their excellent quality output and very true to life colors.

HPs are known for their reliability.

Either one makes a good printer. Choose based on how quality vs. functionality rate in your priorities.
