can you wear open toe shoes for a winter wedding?

i think this topic has been posted before but i cant find the thread.

can you wear open toe shoes in the winter and would you wear nude or white stockings?

I'm not a fan of pantyhose with open toe shoes and I don't know how it would look to wear open toe shoes with no pantyhose in the winter.

You could wear a very sheer sandal toe stocking if it is a small opening for the toe.... if it is a sandal, then I don't think it looks good..... of course, if they are looking at your feet, then there is something wrong with them!

If it helps, Donna Karan makes toeless pantyhose . They sell it at Nordstroms and Bloomingdales. I think its like $18.

I have seen the openless pantyhose too. I think you can wear opene toed shoes. Are people really looking at your feet??

people don't see your feet. my mother tried to make me wear stockings with my open toed shoes for my april wedding. i didn't do it and couldn't have been happier with my decision. you are going to be a busy woman that day so wear what you are comfortable in!
