Atkins for Life??

I have the orignal book but not this lastest one. Just wondering if it is any different.

I don't have the book,but I flicked through it. Basically it's a book for the later phases of the diet. It contains menu plans for 30,40, 50 carbs a day (I am not sure if the range goes lower or higher, but I'm sure you get the idea). I think it's definitely worth checking out if you are on to the later phases of the atkins and plan on making it a lifestyle.
