Wedding Review-VIP Country Club

All I have to say is WOW The place, the food and service are AMAZING It was definitely the BEST wedding I have ever been to so far. If you're having your reception there, you WILL NOT be dissapointed. The cocktail hour was amazing. There was SOOOO much food and it was delicious. For dinner I had the chicken and Fh had the Chateau Briand. YUMMY!! They were both great. They also give you a wine list that you can pick from.
The cake was amazing. Definitely the BEST wedding cake I have ever eaten. It was so fresh, soft. And the cake came with this chocolate whip cream on the side which was amazing and a chocolate covered strawberry. Then there was the venetian hour. OMG, I have never in my life seen soooo many sweets. Anything, you could imagine, they had.

Florist: Pedestals. The bride's boq was very simple, but very pretty. So were her bridesmaids boqs and the church was decorated very nicely and the centerpieces were gorgeous.

Band: They had 2 bands (One Greek and one Italian American). They were both AMAZING. The dance floor was packed ALL night. The Italian American band was called 'Era 2000' and the Greek Band was called 'Powerstation'

Photography (and I think video) was done by B rett M atthews. Obviously I haven't seen the pics, but they were ALL over the place taking pics. They looked like they got awesome shots.

We got married at VIP Country Club this past May and we were so happy with the place, from the food to the service. All our guests commented on how great everything was there. Tell your friend I said congrats from a fellow VIP bride

You both look great in the pics also. By the way, did she have the big room?

V&S03: Congrats on choosing such a wonderful place! The place is AMAZING!
We had the huge room downstairs, that extends outside for the cocktail room and then the reception was held on the first floor to the right. I think there were about 250 people there. The room was really big. Is there more than 1 wedding at a time there? I didn't see another bride.

They have two rooms there for weddings, we had lucked out on our day because we were the only wedding there. We had the big room also and the same downstairs room for the cocktail hour. I loved it there

I highly recommend them.

The cocktail hour room was gorgeous. I loved the outside, even though it was sooo hot

And the reception room was beautiful. I loved how all the rooms have the doors to go outstide. That was so nice. They had the venetian hour outside. It was GREAT!
I HIGHLY recommend them also.

where did you take pictures?? We are looking into VIP for our spring 09 wedding and that was the only think i was worried about. I wanted a garden type wedding but everything i have looked at was a bit out of my price range.

Any suggestions?

This is a very old post so the bride is probably no longer on here. Try doing a search or posting a question about VIP....there a bunch of VIP brides around the boards....

I had a question for anyone who had there wedding at VIP. I read a review on another website by a bride who said that they were not able to take pictures before the wedding because of the the other weddings that were going on. Is that true?
