It's a chocolate waterfall - you have fruit that you dip in it as the chocolate spills over the sides... yum...

wish my 'other' dessert was going to be as yummy as yours looks! Mine is going to be..............(drumroll)...........a fruitcake!

It's an irish tradition. My FH hates it but his dad wants to bring it over with him on the plane. Ha. I'm hoping the food restrictions from when mad cow disease was going on last summer is still in place with airlines.

On the other hand, if it is nicely decorated, I will have my florist put flowers on it, and then anyone from Ireland can have a slice and I can have the reception hall just make a sheet cake with buttercreme filling for anyone that wants *yummy* cake. Hee hee. Would keep costs down.... but I think I want yours over both of mine! LOL
