Day of Transportation- mini bus?

Curious to know what companies(prices, too)anyone used to rent mini buses. Not sure exactly how everyone (including my fh and I) is going to get to the reception site. FH family lives in Oceanside, my family lives in Massapequa Park, and my FH will be spending the night before in our apartment in Babylon. My initial thought was to hire 2 medium size mini buses- one for each family. I figured anyone that needed a ride could meet at each house. The one transporting my FILs could pick up my FH. I guess this is the most logical way to do it. (Our ceremony will be at the reception facility.) Any suggestions?

I suggest posting this on the vendor board. The limo companies may be able to give you more info. We also found that hotels offer a service like this as well through a local car service, that may be another avenue to investigate.
