Who do I invite from work??

I work in a large company but in a small group of 6 people. I am close with 2/3 of them. One just got hired...if I am definitely inviting my boss and two others...I cant not invite the other two i am not close with or really like right? Its just so much money to spend on people I dont really care for.

If money is an issue, just invite your boss.

It is one of those all or nothing scenarios.

Your group is so small that leaving someone else, might make for an uncomfortable situtation.

This was a difficult situation for me since I have been with my company for 9 years. We couldn't invite everyone. We ended up inviting my two bossed and only two close friends. Everyone was very understanding...they even threw me a bridal shower.

i think you might be able to get away with only inviting the people you want... although the people your not close to, maybe they wont show up because of that...

I'm not inviting anyone from work - I've only been there a year and I might even be switching, so wherever I work next I won't have been there for even a year! I can't afford any additional guests so I'm just cutting out work people alltogether.

i have the same problem - one of the girls from work is iin my bp....but everyone else, well, its a hard call!

I would just invite the people you want there.

I used to work in a small company with about 7 employees. All but one person was invited to a co-workers wedding because they were not really friendly. The one not invited was relieved to not be invited.
