Im going to wait for frank to get home from biking (ill be packing anyway) and then if there is time before the repeat of friends (yes i know i am a geek!!LOL)

Suzanne, go for a walk don't go, be strong, you will be the one who will benefit in the end. For a treat instead have a fruit smoothie or something heathier to make up for missing out on it. It's called control. I believe you can do it, a warrior can do anything Look I call you a warrior, even if its only in your mind

Heather, that is not the attitude to have, then we will all eat bad and say hey there is always tomorrow. My GF who is in WW told me that at her meeting on Tues, one of the excuses the ladies kept using was, I will do it tomorrow.

Don't encourage Suzanne to be bad She has to be disciplined. Ice cream will always be there.

*Suzanne let this be your mantra, ice cream is bad for my health *
